Business development and client engagement
- Communication and relationship management at C-level within Polish organisations
- Lead management and development of the client's software business in the Polish market
- Frequent on-site client meetings across Poland
- Presenting and positioning the software solution to senior decision-makers
New business acquisition
- Acquisition of new customers in the Polish software market
- Outbound telephone outreach to prospective clients
- Qualifying leads and scheduling client appointments
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Substantial experience in software sales and business development in the Polish market
- Well established and well connected within the Polish software sector
- Proven track record of engaging at executive level, combined with a hands-on approach to outbound acquisition
- Confident, presentation-strong communicator
- Knowledge of Dassault Systèmes solutions (e.g. SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE) is a distinct advantage
- Polish at native or equivalent (C2) level is essential
- Residence in the Warsaw area, as client appointments are frequently arranged at short notice and require on-site attendance
