Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Analyze existing reporting structures and identify gaps
- Manage requirements for processes, meetings, reports, tools and KPI
- Prioritize improvement measures together with department leadership
- Implement improved reporting and KPI frameworks and dashboards (Power BI)
- Collect, evaluate and analyze data (Excel, Power BI)
- Enhance data consolidation across project functions
- Support management reporting and decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting and performance tracking
- Project tracking and performance monitoring
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in PMO, reporting, or project management
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel
- Experience in large-scale construction projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Experience in defining and managing reporting processes, tools, meetings, and KPIs
- Experience in performance tracking and reporting improvements
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to address issues quickly
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align multiple project functions
- Business fluent in English
