Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Managing the local business unit and being responsible for business growth in the Slovak market
- Developing technical and quality services for industrial and B2B clients
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding service areas
- Building and developing relationships with clients, including proposal and tendering activities
- Managing a team of technical specialists and supporting their development and performance
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational compliance with internal and client standards
- Cooperating with technical experts, external partners, and international teams within the organization
- Being responsible for operational management, resource planning, and business profitability (P&L)
- Supporting further team growth and scaling local operations
- Representing the organization on the market and strengthening its long-term regional position
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- At least 5 years of experience in business development and working with B2B clients in technical or industrial environments
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing technical or operational teams
- Technical / engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- Fluency in Slovak and English — mandatory requirement
- Experience in environments related to: technical services, engineering services, quality & compliance, technical operations, industrial services
- Strong business mindset and proven experience in developing services and industrial client relationships
- Ability to combine technical, operational, and commercial perspectives
- Experience as a technical or quality auditor is welcome, but not mandatory — industry knowledge and technical environment experience are considered more important
- Experience working with technical and expert teams
- Willingness to work on-site in Bratislava and travel within Slovakia and the region
