Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Building on your strong operational experience and technical analysis skills, your daily business is to be the liaison between tooling, injection moulding production and quality engineers, suppliers and customers.
- When necessary, you are able to train the tooling and injection moulding production team members with a hands-on mentality (manufacturing and operational knowledge with different complexity 1k 2k & vario therm is a must!) to ensure a common understanding of the quality expected by the customer.
- It is your daily business to set the right priorities, with clear and respectful communication and behaviour.
- You will ensure that the team achieves the defined part specification and mould maturity for a flawless market launch.
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Min. 7 years operational experience in injection mould tooling production and injection moulded part release is a must
- Experience in the production of plastic parts for the automotive industry with high demands on tolerances and surface quality
- Familiar with manufacturing processes (EDM/Electric Dipole Moment - EDM, high speed milling, polishing, laser welding, measuring, mould maintenance etc.)
- Technology 1k, 2k injection moulding process for high-gloss parts with T4 tolerances
Languages:
English alternatively German/Bulgarian is a must
