Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Organize and oversee construction tender processes
- Liaise with local authorities to obtain all necessary permits and approvals
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors across all relevant technical trades (HVAC, electrical, structural, etc.)
- Ensure project adherence to schedule and budget
- Collaborate closely with the client’s headquarters and project team
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Proven experience managing construction projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Romanian construction law and approval procedures
- Experience preparing tender documentation and managing permitting processes
- Existing network of local authorities and specialized contractors is a strong advantage
- Communication skills in German or English; Romanian language is a plus
