Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Lead and coordinate new vehicle development projects with a strong focus on prototypes and test vehicles
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external suppliers across engineering, testing, and manufacturing
- Manage timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring project milestones are met
- Oversee prototype builds and ensure smooth vehicle coordination
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations up to board level (in German and English)
- Organize and moderate project meetings (German & English)
- Occasional business trips to Scandinavia (<10%)
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- 8+ years of experience in managing complex automotive development projects (preferably complete vehicles, trucks, or commercial vehicles)
- Proven track record in prototype coordination, vehicle testing, and development projects
- Solid understanding of BOM structures, prototype build processes, and technical interdependencies
- Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and presentation skills (German + English)
- Experience preparing high-level reports and presenting results to senior management and boards
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and interface with multiple departments
- Self-driven, highly organized, and solution-oriented
- German C1+ and English fluent (both written and spoken)
