- professionals with experience in in-house accounting (not shared services; commercial organisation)
- knowledge of Dynamics or SAP
- VAT settlements, withholding tax, and tax reconciliation
- import, customs, and excise procedures
- rent accounting – knowledge of Romanian accounting interpretation
- experience in internal control
- inventory control
- experience in implementing financial and accounting systems and processes
- proficiency in English
