- To support our employees needs we need to cover the following areas:
- Recruitment and selection of employees / Sharing of employees / Exit management
- Advertisement of positions on job portal, active search
- Organization of selection with Labour Office in our region, out of region in Slovakia (Banska Bystrica, Vranov nad Toplou)
- Job fairs participation and preparation
- Schedule interviews, execute interviews with key stakeholders and preselection candidates for final review
- Communication with candidates (leasing and ours) and new employees
- Preparation of HR documentation and administration support
- Onboarding of newcomers
- Support to key stake holders in HR topics related to employees (disciplinary, exit)
- Internal communication and event
- Hand over and training of internal candidate
