Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Detailed analysis of the entire production process of the main line sets
- Inspection of the building boards and assembly processes
- Assessment of the qualifications of the employees on site
- Analysis of tools and aids used
- Review and evaluation of existing work instructions
- Derivation of potential improvements and creation of specific action plans
- Advising the customer on process and quality-related aspects of wire harness production
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- In-depth expertise in automotive wire harness assembly (at least 5 years of experience)
- Experience with OEMs and/or Tier 1 suppliers in the field of wire harness manufacturing
- Critical thinking, hands-on mentality and analytical strength
- Experience in supplier evaluation, action plans and Q-standards
- Willingness to travel regularly (1 week/month in Romania)
- Business fluent in German and English
