Detailed analysis of the entire production process of the main line sets
Inspection of the building boards and assembly processes
Assessment of the qualifications of the employees on site
Analysis of tools and aids used
Review and evaluation of existing work instructions
Derivation of potential improvements and creation of specific action plans
Advising the customer on process and quality-related aspects of wire harness production

Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:

Tiefgehende Fachkenntnisse in der Automotive Leitungssatzkonfektionierung (mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung)
Erfahrung mit OEMs und/oder Tier-1-Zulieferern im Bereich Kabelbaumfertigung
Kritisches Denkvermögen, Hands-on-Mentalität und analytische Stärke
Erfahrung in der Lieferantenbewertung sowie mit Maßnahmenplänen und Q-Standards
Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Reisetätigkeit (1 Woche/Monat in Rumänien)
Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
