Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Lead quality-related activities for one or multiple projects.
- Coordinate project-related quality tasks and ensure compliance with standards and validation processes.
- Manage non-conformities, track PPM, and prepare 8D reports.
- Define test and measurement equipment and control plans in alignment with FMEA.
- Ensure risk mitigation and adherence to OEM quality requirements (CSR, special characteristics, customer standards, portals).
- Coordinate and prepare PPAP submissions/FAI, manage quality budget, and participate in supplier audits.
- Review EOL test objectives, analyze prototype and pre-series quality, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Support and manage OEM complaints, lead problem-solving activities, and ensure lessons learned are implemented.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards and promote best practices in quality processes.
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, or Quality Engineering.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in automotive quality assurance, ideally with OEM interaction.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, PPAP, and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC, DOE).
- Hands-on experience with measurement technology (calipers, gauges, 2D/3D measurement, Keyence devices).
- Strong skills in non-conformity management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Confident user of MS Office and SAP.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and understanding of product non-conformity risks.
