Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Analyze current cost management processes and identify improvement areas
- Manage requirements for processes, meetings, reports, tools and KPI
- Prioritize improvement measures together with department leadership
- Develop continuous improvement measures
- Implement improved cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting structures
- Enhance cost transparency and performance tracking
- Support alignment between technical and financial stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in cost management processes
- Project tracking and performance monitoring
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in cost control or project management
- Experience in large-scale construction projects
- Familiarity with cost control tools
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Strong decision-making skills to address issues quickly
- Strong stakeholder management skills with focus on aligning involved areas
