Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- 10+ years of experience in project management within large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects
- Proven experience delivering EPC work packages within EPCM or similar delivery models
- Strong background in execution-focused project environments and on-site project delivery
- Experience managing contractors and suppliers in complex industrial projects
- Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies, governance, and construction execution
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant project management certifications are considered advantageous
- Strong understanding of cost control, planning & scheduling, and risk management principles
- Experience working closely with Project Controls functions and integrated reporting structures
