Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Create and maintain production plans for Injection Moulding and Assembly
- Plan machine capacities and optimize machine loading
- Coordinate tool planning and production scheduling
- Manage assembly planning activities
- Perform daily planning adjustments based on changing customer demand
- Prioritize production according to customer requirements
- Create and maintain production plans in SAP and ProSeS
- Monitor production plan adherence and initiate corrective actions
- Coordinate closely with Production and Logistics
- Optimize production sequencing
- Balance machine and production capacities
- Improve planning accuracy and planning discipline
- Reduce changeover frequency wherever possible
- Monitor planning KPIs and implement continuous improvements
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Extensive experience in production planning within the automotive industry
- Proven expertise in injection moulding production planning
- Experience planning assembly operations
- Strong SAP production planning experience
- Mandatory experience with ProSeS production planning software
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make operational decisions
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in English and / or German
