- Take over the operational management of production within a crisis management environment.
- Coordinate daily production activities.
- Set production priorities and ensure their execution.
- Translate customer requirements into concrete operational actions.
- Lead the implementation of corrective actions.
- Stabilize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement.
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Proven experience in production crisis management within the automotive industry.
- Strong background in serial manufacturing in one of the following roles:
- Plant Manager
- Production Director
- Production Manager
- Value Stream Manager
- Strong leadership skills and experience in driving organizational and operational change.
- Ability to take full responsibility for the operational management of a manufacturing plant.
- Fluent Polish and communicative English.
