- Lead the overall business transformation across three manufacturing sites.
- Drive business turnaround and improve financial performance.
- Increase sales and strengthen commercial activities.
- Optimize the internal value chain and operational efficiency.
- Deliver sustainable EBITDA growth.
- Lead international management teams and support organizational change.
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Proven experience as CEO, Managing Director, Plant Director, or Business Unit Director in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong engineering or manufacturing background combined with excellent commercial capabilities.
- Experience with investment casting or related manufacturing technologies is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success in business transformation, restructuring, and performance improvement.
- Experience with high-tech products or other high value-added manufacturing industries.
- Fluent English is required.
- Dutch language skills are highly preferred.
