Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of an automotive manufacturing plant,
- Leading production, technical, logistics, and support teams,
- Ensuring the fulfilment of production plans, quality targets, productivity, and customer deliveries,
- Stabilising operations, setting priorities, and managing operational issues,
- Working with KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions,
- Supporting process optimisation, efficiency improvement, and cost reduction,
- Coordinating cooperation between production, quality, logistics, maintenance, and company management,
- Reporting to management and communicating with key stakeholders.
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Proven experience as a Plant Manager / Operations Manager / Production Director in an automotive manufacturing environment,
- Experience in managing a manufacturing plant or a larger operational unit,
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to quickly take over responsibility,
- Experience in crisis management or operational stabilisation is an advantage,
- Performance-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs, quality, productivity, and deliveries,
- Knowledge of lean management / continuous improvement is an advantage,
- Fluent Hungarian is required
