- Full operational and strategic responsibility for the company
- Leadership of European sales activities and development of key customer relationships
- Responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and business expansion across Europe
- Oversight of production, supply chain, sales, and organizational performance
- Identification and implementation of operational improvement initiatives
- Leadership, coaching, and development of the management team
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Proven experience as CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, or Business Unit Leader within a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in PET bottles, PET preforms, plastic injection molding, or packaging industry
- Demonstrated success in international sales and business development across Europe
- Solid P&L management experience
- Strong leadership, change management, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented approach
