Tasks / Aufgaben / Úkoly:
- Verifying the completeness of technical and commercial specifications upon project handover,
- developing and managing the schedule, project budget, and capacity plan,
- simultaneously managing approximately 2 to 3 projects,
- managing contracts worth approximately 1 to 10 million CZK,
- coordinating design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, and external suppliers,
- maintaining ongoing communication with customers and involved partners,
- monitoring deadlines, costs, quality, and the agreed-upon scope of delivery.
Conditions / Anforderungen / Požadavky:
- Proven experience managing technical, manufacturing, or automation projects,
- experience with project-based manufacturing, ideally involving the delivery of specialized equipment, robotic workstations, or production lines,
- the ability to plan and manage deadlines, capacity, and costs,
- experience with budget control and project economics,
- the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects,
- technical mindset and familiarity with engineering drawings,
- experience coordinating internal technical teams and external suppliers,
- professional communication with customers,
- independence, responsibility, and decision-making skills,
- practical judgment and the ability to find workable solutions,
- English proficiency at a level sufficient for communicating with customers and suppliers.
