Proven track record in Business Development / Technical Sales within defense or aerospace sector
Masters‘ Degree in optics or engineering
Strong understanding of defense procurement processes and long-cycle B2B projects
Experience working with defense OEMs, system integrators, or specialized defense companies
Technical background or strong ability to operate in complex engineering environments (optics, sensors, systems)
Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Fluent English (C1+)
